What are soundbaths ?
A sound bath is a meditative experience in which participants are "bathed" in sound waves. The sound healing practitioner facilitates the experience by playing various instruments to create healing sounds. This experience is done, typically lying down in a quiet room, with dim lighting and little to no distractions.
